Hilton Garden Inn Statesville

The staff were friendly , greeted us when we arrived. The location was convenient. Only about 10 minutes from where we needed to be.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but it was still bearable.

It was really clean and beautiful hotel, would recomand. I liked the property, its spotless and updated room and exceptional staff. The location was great and comfortable - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

The indoor pool was super clean and provided ample seating. We enjoyed a comfortable space to hang out with the family.

Its rooms are spotlessly clean with a king bed. The staff is exceptional, incredible. The location is particularly good, in the middle of jackson.

The decor was inviting, and the lobby was bright and clean. The staff were warm and cute, even offering my granddaughter a charming coloring book about the town. This small gesture.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations during our recent family getaway. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff went out of their way to, and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus for the kids.

We had the best french toast ever at hilton garden! Breakfast was delicious, with fresh juice and coffee. The staff were super quick and friendly. Our queen room was spacious and super comfy.

The indoor pool provided a nice escape, heated to a comfortable temperature perfect for a relaxing dip. Convenient access to major highways made getting around easy, ensuring I could cruise wherever needed without fuss.

The bathtub had a rounded bottom, limiting standing space while showering, which didn't quite cut it for stability. Refrigerator access was a challenge, both the refrigerator and outer door opening against the wall. The du-vay in the room was stained, needing immediate replacement. I also couldn't get my hands on extra towels, which would have been nice given my stay lasted a few days.

The friendly staff showcased a warm atmosphere. My room was comfortable. The breakfast options were disappointing and overpriced.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants, the business center, and the heart of town.

The room had central heating, a microwave, and a TV with lots of channels. the location was awesome as it was right in the middle of the city, in a really beautiful area! 🌟
